The 2025 Super Bloom Women's Handpan Gathering is around the corner, and we are excited to gather again!!
Below, some very important details to provide the greatest ease in gathering in comfort…and so that everyone gets here safely!!!

Handpan Retunes by Rebecca (Spirit Handpans)
Rebecca is offering retunes, and may have some space left! If you – signed up during registration, she will be in touch. Otherwise SpiritHandpans@gmail.com for direct inquiries.

Free Time Skill Share
This year we've made sure to have free time for integration, hang time, relaxation & skill shares. If you wish to share something you're passionate about, there will be a sign-up option available at the gathering.

DIRECTIONS
If you put this address into the GPS it will take you here. About 10 minutes before arriving, you will go onto a dirt road that will take you all the way to Peace Temple. Please stay under 25 mph while on the dirt road.
You will come to a sharp right turn in the road, with several mailboxes and a white house right at the turn (15 mph speed limit at the turn). You will take that turn and keep going for another 100 yards or so. You will see a small parking area on the left, the "Peace Temple Welcome" painted sign, and a long driveway going down. → Take the driveway and go slowly! It's a one-lane road!
Parking / Arrival
We encourage arrivals between 1 to 3 PM so that you have time to unpack, set up tents, hang out, and enjoy the land and each other.
At 5PM we’ll begin the weekend with a Meet & Greet and share about Peace Temple logistics.
If you are not able to arrive before 5PM, please reach out and let us know so we can help make your arrival comfortable.
Parking next to the central community structure is limited. If you arrive after the parking area is full, you will need to unload and re-park the car in the small parking area up on the road, next to the driveway entrance. Also please note that when parking near the structure your car might be blocked until the end of the gathering on Sunday. Therefore, if you are required to leave early, please let us know of such when you arrive.
Upon arrival, please check-in at the open air Community structure. The ground near the community structure is gravel, so we ask you no to roll any bags with wheels on the gravel as it will leave grooves. Please ask someone for help if you need help carrying bags.
RIDE ShaRE / Carpooling
There is minimal parking at Peace Temple, and carpooling is encouraged. Remember, every Bloomer is responsible for sorting arrival/departure. This is how we can help, but you've got to dial in the details!! The Gdrive Rideshare spreadsheet is all on one tab, and includes a section for ARRIVAL and another for DEPARTURE. Make sure to look at both and include information in both spots as needed.

Food/Snacks, What to Bring for Comfort & The WeathEr
FOOD
We have drinking water and will be preparing delicious meals – beginning with Thursday snacks & dinner and ending with a late lunch on Sunday. There is no need to bring food!
However, if you bring snacks, please observe the following:
Vegetarian snacks only!
Do NOT bring snacks to your tent!
This is a wild forest!
Animals are abundant and interested in your food.
WHAT TO BRING for COMFORT
Headlamp (flashlight)
Refillable water bottle
Yoga mat and/or cushion – We have a few, but it’s best to bring your own for workshops or yoga sessions.
Layers to keep warm (layers, sweaters, hats, socks, jacket- better to take layers off than be cold)
Sleeping bag (rated for at least 20F), bedding, blankets, pillows, etc – This is important for camping AND dorm bunk beds!! Dorms do not provide the bedding and it might be chilly at night. Please bring everything you need to be warm and comfortable. (if you are staying in the cabin, the bedding is provided)
Rain gear (rubber boots, rain jacket, etc, weather dependent)
Camping gear if you are camping
Battery or solar powered lighting for your tent
Swimwear (optional, sometimes we just go skinny dipping in the pond)
Towel (quick-drying towels are the best)
Handpan if you have one
All that is needed for you to play comfortably (stands, cushion etc)
Something you feel beautiful wearing (dress, tutu, unicorn hat, etc)
Cash for the Raffle, handpan retunes, vendor village, etc --> See schedule for more details
Deet Free bug spray
WEATHER
It might be a sunny weekend ... It might be a chilly weekend ... It might be a ? weekend. Please double check the weather closer to the event so you can be prepared. We want you to be comfortable!

Swimming in the pond from the dock only, please.
Parking and driving on the road and gravel only, please.
No alcohol, no meat, please.
Peace Temple kitchen is vegan/vegetarian only.
Please do not start fires, there are designated fire-keepers.
